Have you ever wanted to start eating healthy? Ever get overwhelmed going into a grocery store and trying to make healthy selections? Ever wish you could find healthy, nutritious, yet tasty meal alternatives? Well this is the place for you!
This blog was set-up based on my experiences with trying eat better and healthier. I am not the type that will eat something just because it is healthy, I have to enjoy it. For instance, I am not going to substitute rice cakes for white bread, but I will substitute whole grain bread. Why? Because whole grain bread tastes good! It is enjoyable to eat. Eating rice cakes is like eating sheetrock (drywall).
So that is why this blog is here. Over the next few days I will be posting my story here in order to share with people how I went from eating anything and everything I wanted (and enjoying it) to eating low sugar, low fat, healthy and nutritiously (and still enjoying it)!
